大连渝达薄煤机械制造有限公司坐落于美丽的海滨城市大连，是一家专业从事薄及极薄煤层个性化采煤设备研发、制造、销售为一体的科技型公司。拥有专业的技术开发中心和产业化制造基地。厂区面积20000余平方米，各类专业化加工设备80余台，具备自主加工箱体、轴、齿轮、铆焊件的能力。年可为煤炭生产企业提供超过200台套的先进煤矿机械设备。Dalian Yuda Thin Coal Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian. It is a technology-based company specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of personalized mining equipment for thin and extra-thin coal seams. With a professional technology development center and an industrial manufacturing base, the company has a plant area of over 20,000 square meters and more than 80 specialized processing equipment. It has independent capabilities in machining boxes, shafts, gears, and riveted parts, and can annually provide over 200 sets of advanced coal mining machinery to coal production enterprises.

公司成立以来，与哈尔滨博业科技开发有限责任公司共同研发合作，秉承老一辈科技人员的创新和探索精神，坚持科技导向，针对各煤矿的特点和采煤工艺开发生产个性化、差异化、适应性强的采煤装备。在难采煤层上攻关努力，分别研发出极薄煤层综采系列、薄煤层大功率系列，中厚煤层大功率系列、45~80°急倾斜系列采煤机。以及刮板输送机，变频安全绞车、电缆卷筒、转载机等系列综采配套设备。并取得了生产资质认证及相关产品的安全标志。Since its establishment, the company has cooperated with Harbin Boye Technology Development Co., Ltd., carrying forward the innovation and exploration spirit of older scientists and technicians. We adhere to technology-oriented development and produce personalized, differentiated, and highly adaptable mining equipment for the characteristics and mining processes of each coal mine. We have successfully developed series of ultra-thin seam fully mechanized mining equipment, thin seam high-power series, medium-thick seam high-power series, and 45~80° steeply inclined series shearer loaders, as well as scraper conveyors, variable frequency safety winches, cable reels, transfer machines, and other fully mechanized mining auxiliary equipment.

凭借技术创新与完善的服务体系，公司所研发的系列采煤机受到市场用户的一致好评，产品覆盖了全国主要产煤省区，用户包括黑龙江龙煤集团、重庆能源集团、湖南湘煤集团、河北峰峰矿业集团、山西同煤集团、河南义马煤业集团、山东淄博矿业集团、新汶矿业集团、开滦矿务局、贵州渝能矿业公司、陕西陕煤集团等大型国有企业及其他股份制和民营公司。并远销伊朗，墨西哥等海外国家。其中在重庆能源集团下属五大矿业公司中采煤机占比70%以上，优于国内主要采煤机供应商！公司先后研制和开发了CJ系列侧壁式截割部、MG170(100)-TP型爬底板采煤机、MG2×100/468-BWD型急倾斜采煤机、MG300/780-WD型急倾斜采煤机、MG2×125/580-BWD、MG2×180/850-BWD等薄煤层大功率强力采煤机、MG160-NW、MG250/630-WD等短壁系列采煤机、SGZ630、SGZ730系列刮板输送机；同步安全绞车、电缆卷筒、导缆装置等辅助设备。是0.6-3.7m难采薄煤层首选装备。Thanks to technological innovation and a perfect service system, the company's series of shearers have received unanimous praise from market users. 公司自成立以来，申请获得发明专利8项，实用新型专利50多项。相继获得过黑龙江省2014、2015、2017年度首台套科技进步奖，2017年获得煤炭科技进步一等奖，2019年获重庆市科技进步一等奖。Since its establishment, the company has applied for and obtained 8 invention patents and more than 50 utility model patents. It successively won the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Heilongjiang Province in 2014, 2015, and 2017, the First Prize for Coal Scientific and Technological Progress in 2017, and the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Chongqing in 2019.

开发的侧壁式截割部、传动系统中的满装圆柱滚子轴承是国家专利产品。急倾俯伪斜沿走向开采成套智能综采装备荣获了国家科技进步二等奖。The side-wall cutting unit and fully assembled cylindrical roller bearings in its drive system are national patent products. Its intelligent fully mechanized mining equipment for steep-inclined, pseudo-steep, and along-strike mining won the Second Prize of the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award.

公司创始人、董事长刘向东从事采煤机械研究、设计工作30多年。荣获首批煤炭部专业技术拔尖人才称号。先后获得煤炭部科技进步二等奖、东煤公司科技进步一等奖、河北省煤炭科技进步一等奖、2013年度全国煤炭机械工业优秀总工程师等多个省部级荣誉奖项。The company's founder and chairman, Liu Xiangdong, has been engaged in coal mining machinery research and design work for over 30 years. He was honored as one of the first batch of professional and technical outstanding talents by the Ministry of Coal. He successively won many provincial and ministerial honors including the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ministry of Coal, the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Dongmei Corporation, the First Prize for Coal Scientific and Technological Progress from Hebei Province, and the 2013 National Outstanding Chief Engineer of the Coal Machinery Industry.
