大连采煤机的辅助系统虽不直接参与截割破煤,但却是保障主系统稳定运行、改善井下作业环境、规避安全风险的关键支撑,主要包括冷却系统、喷雾降尘系统、润滑系统、监测与保护系统四大类,各系统协同构建起采煤机的"安全屏障"与"运维保障网"。
Although the auxiliary systems of Dalian coal shearers do not directly participate in coal cutting, they are critical support for ensuring stable main system operation, improving underground working environment, and avoiding safety risks. They mainly include four categories: cooling system, spray dust suppression system, lubrication system, and monitoring & protection system, working together to build the "safety barrier" and "maintenance support network" of the shearer.
冷却系统是设备的"降温管家",核心功能是吸收主系统运转产生的热量。其以井下清水为介质,通过防爆冷却泵将水输送至两大关键部位:一是截割电机与减速器,水流经部件外壳的冷却水道,带走机械摩擦产生的热量,将电机温度控制在150℃以内(避免绝缘层老化);二是截割滚筒,部分冷却水通过滚筒轴中心孔喷向滚筒内壁,降低截齿切割煤层时的高温(可使截齿温度下降40%-60%),延长截齿使用寿命。冷却后的废水经回水管路排出,或汇入喷雾系统二次利用。
The cooling system is the equipment's "temperature steward", with the core function of absorbing heat generated by main system operation. Using underground clean water as the medium, it transports water through explosion-proof cooling pumps to two key areas: first, the cutting motor and reducer, where water flows through cooling channels on the component housing, carrying away heat generated by mechanical friction and keeping motor temperatures below 150°C (avoiding insulation aging); second, the cutting drum, where some cooling water sprays onto the drum inner wall through the drum shaft center hole, reducing high temperatures during cutting (can lower pick temperature by 40%-60%), extending pick service life.
喷雾降尘系统是井下的"空气净化器",分为内喷雾与外喷雾:内喷雾通过滚筒轴内置管路,将水从截齿根部的喷嘴喷出,在截割点形成"水幕",直接抑制煤尘生成(降尘效率约70%);外喷雾则在采煤机机身两侧安装喷嘴,向工作面煤壁与刮板输送机上方喷洒水雾,捕捉已扩散的煤尘,防止煤尘浓度超过10mg/m³(避免粉尘爆炸风险)。部分高端采煤机还会搭配高压喷雾(压力可达8-12MPa),进一步提升降尘效果。
The spray dust suppression system is the underground "air purifier", divided into internal spray and external spray: internal spray delivers water through built-in drum shaft pipelines, spraying from nozzles at the pick roots to form a "water curtain" at the cutting point, directly suppressing dust generation (dust reduction efficiency about 70%); external spray installs nozzles on both sides of the shearer body, spraying mist toward the working face coal wall and above the scraper conveyor to capture dispersed dust, preventing dust concentration from exceeding 10mg/m³.
润滑系统是机械部件的"润滑剂",负责减少传动机构的摩擦损耗。其通过自动润滑泵将专用润滑油(如极压工业齿轮油)输送至齿轮啮合处、轴承等部位,形成油膜,降低摩擦系数(可使磨损量减少50%以上)。同时,润滑油还能辅助散热,确保减速器等部件在稳定温度下运行。
The lubrication system is the mechanical component's "lubricant", responsible for reducing friction loss in transmission mechanisms. Through automatic lubrication pumps, it delivers specialized lubricating oil (such as extreme-pressure industrial gear oil) to gear meshing points, bearings, and other areas, forming oil films that reduce friction coefficient (can reduce wear by over 50%). Meanwhile, lubricating oil also assists in heat dissipation.
监测与保护系统是采煤机的"安全哨兵",由各类传感器与控制单元构成:甲烷传感器实时监测井下瓦斯浓度,超过1%时自动停机;温度传感器监测电机、减速器温度,超限时触发报警并切断电源;压力传感器监测液压系统压力,异常时停止牵引动作;此外,还有过载保护、断链保护等功能,全方位规避设备故障与安全事故。
The monitoring & protection system is the shearer's "security sentinel", composed of various sensors and control units: methane sensors monitor underground gas concentration in real time, automatically shutting down when exceeding 1%; temperature sensors monitor motor and reducer temperatures, triggering alarms and cutting power when limits are exceeded; pressure sensors monitor hydraulic system pressure, stopping traction when abnormalities occur.
