远程自动控制系统:引入自动化远程控制系统,具备采煤机启动/停止功能、牵引速度和方向控制,以及高度调节功能,实现真正的无人值守操作。
Remote automatic control system: Introducing automated remote control systems with shearer start/stop functions, traction speed and direction control, and height adjustment functions for true unattended operation.
基于记忆的截割功能:实现基于存储记忆的煤层截割功能(中部和三角煤),能够自动识别并重复最佳截割路径,提高作业效率和安全性。
Memory-based cutting function: Achieving coal seam cutting based on stored memory (middle and triangular coal), capable of automatically identifying and repeating optimal cutting paths to improve efficiency and safety.
智能监测系统:增加油箱液位和温度监测功能,以及切割头温度检测和保护,实时监控设备状态,预防故障发生,延长设备使用寿命。
Intelligent monitoring system: Adding oil tank level and temperature monitoring functions, cutting head temperature detection and protection, real-time equipment status monitoring to prevent faults and extend equipment service life.
高度检测与截割量计算:实现截割臂高度检测和截割量计算功能,实时传输工作面状况和位置数据,为智能决策提供数据支持。
Height detection and cutting volume calculation: Achieving cutting arm height detection and cutting volume calculation functions, transmitting working face conditions and position data in real-time to support intelligent decision-making.
精确定位系统:基于编码器的采煤机精确定位功能,实现毫米级位置控制,确保设备在复杂矿井环境下的精确作业。
Precise positioning system: Encoder-based shearer precise positioning function achieving millimeter-level position control to ensure accurate operation in complex mine environments.
安全联锁系统:集成环境气体监测联锁安全装置,实时监测瓦斯等有害气体浓度,超限时自动停机,保障作业人员安全。
Safety interlock system: Integrated environmental gas monitoring interlock safety devices, real-time monitoring of harmful gas concentrations like methane with automatic shutdown when limits are exceeded to protect personnel safety.
远程故障报警:实现故障远程报警功能,设备出现异常时及时通知地面控制中心,快速响应和处理设备故障,减少停机时间。
Remote fault alarm: Achieving remote fault alarm functions, promptly notifying ground control centers when equipment abnormalities occur for rapid response and fault handling, reducing downtime.
